Where does Full Basic Needs deliver?

When does Full Basic Needs deliver?

Your products will be delivered within 24 Hours of us receiving the order and the payment will be on delivery. Our representative from the store will call you before sending your purchased items to your delivery location.

 

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

NO, there is no minimum order value.

 

Is there a charge for delivery?

NO, there is no charge for the members of Full Basic Needs. You just dial a toll free no.1800-xxx-xxxx by your mobile or landline no. and our executive will take the order and will deliver at your door step with in six hours.

 

What is Full Basic Needs delivery process?

All orders are received by a central team who will process the orders. These orders are then sent to the stores. Our representative from the store will call you for order confirmation and delivery timings. Once we receive a confirmation, the order is packed and sent for delivery to your door step.

 

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

Our representative will call you to confirm the order and your availability and then deliver the order. In case we are unable to get through to you (on the phone number mentioned by you) for 06 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled and the money will be refunded to you in case of pre-paid orders.

 

What is Cash on Delivery and how does it work? Does Full Basic Needs offer Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery is a post paid purchase where you pay in cash after you receive the goods. Our representative will call you before delivering your order. Please keep the amount of cash ready based on the order confirmation along with the delivery and other applicable charges, if any. We don't accept cheques or any other form of payment, i.e. coupons or etc., as the mode of payment is cash on delivery.

 

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

NO, we will be unable to change any order after it has been placed.

 

I want to place bulk orders or need some specific, special hampers?

You can fill in the “Bulk Order Form”. With your queries on the webstore and our representative will get in touch with you within one working day of your query.

 

Can I place an order online and pick up my order from your store which is nearest to me?

Currently we do not offer this facility.

 

What if I didn't like the quantity or the products delivered to me?

We would request you to check the products while accepting the products during delivery. In case you are not happy with the quality of the products, please return those products to the representative. Please also make a remark on the bill about the return and name of the product returned along with your signature. Your money will be refund on the spot as  it is a cash-on- delivery purchase, pay the representative only for the products that you accept.

 

Can I cancel my order?

YES, cancellation is possible before accepting delivery. In case you would like to cancel the order for some reason, you can call us on 1800-xxx-xxxx with the following details: Membership Number, Date of order, Order number and reason for cancellation. Else you can inform our representative when he calls for the order confirmation for the delivery timing and date. We will cancel the order with immediate effect.

 

What if products ordered by me are out of stock?

In a rare case where products ordered by you are out of stock and we don't see ourselves getting stock within 6 hours, our representative will call you and update you on the products that are currently not in stock. Our representative will also suggest to you alternate products, incase similar products are available, which could be delivered in place of the ordered products. We will deliver the rest of the products at your convenience and process a refund for the out of stock products. In case of alternate products selection, the cost of these will be adjusted against original payment received and the balance will be refunded back to you or any extra cost (after confirmation from you) will be collected in cash from you by our representative.
